Not What I Was Hoping For

Unfortunately, I read magnetic iPhone holder and misinterpreted its features. I thought I was purchasing a phone grip to adhere to my hard shell iPhone case, and work as a phone grip, but also as a magnetic force so I could use it to connect my phone to my magnetic phone holder in my car (I.e. I thought the outside part of the grip was magnetic). Unfortunately, this won’t work for me as I need to keep my phone case on to protect my phone internally and externally (the case protects the screen, too), so I can’t use the magnetic feature of the base of the grip. Would love to be able to get a refund if possible. Thanks!

Outside magnets? Can it flatten?

Does it concertina down? The picture looks like it can flatten but it's not clear from description and no picture to demonstrate.

Is it dual sided magnetised - Are there magnets on the outside? (Eg, if a mount or accessory has room to accommodate the knob in a flattened state, will it stick?)

This is a gateway accessory to WnT so it would be really great to know thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, it certainly does concertina down to be quite flat so it’s easy to carry in your pocket. Thanks so much for your feedback. We will add some more photos to the product page to show this. The magnets are only on the one side to attach to your phone.

Its actually genius, the worst part about having a pop socket was that I couldnt use a phone mount, this has solved all my problems !
