First time using it so I don’t know if it will be better once I’ve been able to charge it myself. We have no power so I bought 2 to charge our phones. When We turned them on, one said 73 and the other said 80. I’ve used the one that said 80 and it is now dead and my phone is only on 49%, started charging when it was 11%. The lower bank when from 40 to dead in about 5 minutes.
Hopefully it’s better after I’ve charged it myself but you buy these things because you don’t have an electrical power source so that’s not very helpful
